QS Helios 2 Device (One-Time Purchase)

We stand behind our technology. If your QS Helios 2 arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at helios@fidelio.technology and we will replace the unit at no cost to you.

Because the QS Helios 2 is a precision acoustic biotechnology device that requires field installation and produces biological results over time, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with early results. Acoustic biostimulation works progressively: meaningful biological changes typically appear between 30 and 60 days after consistent deployment. We strongly encourage customers to complete a full first growing cycle before evaluating outcomes.

If your device presents a verified manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. After 90 days, repair or replacement costs will be evaluated case by case.

We do not offer refunds on units that have been installed, used, or activated through the Regen App.

Regen App Subscription ($50/month)

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the Regen App until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

If you experience a technical failure of the app that our team cannot resolve within 7 days of your reported issue, you are entitled to a full refund of that month's subscription fee.

Current Service Area

At this time, Fidelio serves growers exclusively in Sonoma County and Napa Valley. All QS Helios 2 units are delivered and installed directly by our field team, no third-party shipping is involved. This allows us to ensure every system is correctly assembled, positioned, and activated from day one.

Upon purchase, a member of the Fidelio team will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your installation appointment.

Why We Do It This Way

The QS Helios 2 is not a plug-and-play consumer device. Proper field placement, mast installation, solar orientation, and Regen App activation are critical to performance. Our hands-on delivery model is part of the product.

Coming Soon: Expanded Delivery

We are actively working to bring QS Helios 2 to growers beyond California, including agricultural regions across the United States. Customers outside our current service area are welcome to join our waitlist at helios@fidelio.technology to be notified when shipping and remote installation support become available in their region.
